1. Introduction

Welcome to MockupGenerator.Co, operated by the parent organization NoeCrafts OÜ. By using our website, whether as a Free or Pro user, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Account Registration

Free users can access basic features without creating an account. For Pro users, account registration and completing the one-time payment is required. Only after that the accounts will be activated for Pro usage, otherwise they will stay in invalid state. If you decide to not continue with the payment in future, you can unsubscribe from newsletter anytime and ask for data removal while sending an email from the registered email address.

3. Usage Tiers

- Free Version: Allows users to access a limited set of mockups and features without any cost, no signup required. We reserve the right to modify, limit or remove free features at any time. All mockup images are processed locally in the user's browser, ensuring privacy and security.

- Pro Version: Requires a one-time payment and account registration. Offers advanced functionalities and stores user information, preferences, favorites, watermark images etc. in our database while mockup images are processed locally in the user's browser likewise in Free version. We do not receive/store any images uploaded for mockup generation.

4. Pro Version: Lifetime or 1-Month Value

Pro version is available with either a lifetime or 1-month access option. Lifetime access refers to continued access to the current Pro features for as long as MockupGenerator.Co remains in operation. This is a one-time purchase tied to the account at the time of purchase and is strictly non-transferable. The availability of the Pro version is contingent upon the continued operation of MockupGenerator.Co, managed by NoeCrafts OÜ. In the event of business closure, acquisition, or significant operational changes, continued access to Pro features is not guaranteed.

While all existing Pro features available at the time of purchase will remain unchanged and may be enhanced over time, we reserve the right to introduce new plans or features that may require separate subscriptions or credit-based systems (such as AI-powered features) to accommodate the increasing costs of maintaining and improving the service.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Pro users are responsible for the one-time fee for the lifetime or 1-month value. A 14-day money-back guarantee is offered. Refund requests must be sent to info@mockupgenerator.co from the registered email address.

6. User Content and Privacy

We respect your privacy and intellectual property. Designs uploaded for mockups are not sent to our API. For Pro users, personal data and preferences are stored securely in our database.

7. Commercial Rights and Limitations

All the mockups available on our platform are free for commercial use for both Free and Pro versions. This means you can use generated mockups in your online shop, promotional materials, and more. Please note that while you are free to use them for commercial purposes, it is crucial to be aware of potential copyright and trademark infringements of the designs you are using. Therefore just ensure that the original design you are showcasing in the mockup is your creation or you have right to use.

Additionally, we use both Midjourney and DALL-E to generate our mockups under their respective commercial usage policies. 8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on our platform, excluding user-uploaded content, are the property of MockupGenerator.Co and the parent organization NoeCrafts OÜ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these terms and conditions or if we believe it is necessary to protect the security or integrity of our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will MockupGenerator.Co and the parent organization NoeCrafts OÜ be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our platform or services.

11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the `Last Updated` date at the beginning of the policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
